Our Employment Readiness Program focuses on finding and maintaining competitive employment, resume building, interviewing skills, volunteering, interpersonal skills, and task orientation. Services include teaching skills such as self-care, social skills, attendance, mobility training, task completion, self-direction, problem-solving, and safety. It's important to note that the Employment readiness program is time-sensitive.
Our goal is for persons in this program to obtain employment in six (6) months, not intended for long-term enrollment.

- Job searches
- Basic computer skills
- Banking/Budget (online banking and account management)
- Interviews on interests. For example – wants to work with animals, we will find someone who already works with animals and integrate.
