QUALITY ASSURANCE

Global Resources & Support’s Quality Assurance Team ensures that the adults that we support the coordinated quality of care by providing regular and routine monitoring of healthcare, health, wellness, adaptive equipment, and behavioral health. We also offer incident management and investigation to ensure the adults in our program are safe and secure and identify areas of need for improvement.

Our static data collection is compiled monthly by reviewing critical indicators across the entire organization system. 


Our Quality Assurance team provides human rights oversight to ensure adult's rights aren't violated. Our QA team also reviews quarterly reports to ensure that the outcomes of the goals projected are being met to a satisfactory standard. They review behavioral report support plans and data and correspond the behavioral data with psychiatric reviews for the psychiatrist and the behavioral specialist. 


Global has successfully passed all its annual certification reviews across each of the participating states.
